Complex interference suppression based on high-resolution time-frequency image U-net method
Effective interference suppression in satellite navigation systems is crucial for ensuring operational reliability in complex electromagnetic environments. However, existing single-antenna receivers are limited in their ability to mitigate multiple types of interference using a single anti-jamming technique due to resource constraints. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a novel approach that constructs a high-resolution satellite navigation dataset in the time-frequency domain using diverse interference data. Subsequently, a U-net method is developed based on these high-resolution time-frequency images. The primary contributions of this work are twofold: firstly, the construction of the time-frequency domain satellite navigation dataset, and secondly, the development of the high-resolution time-frequency image U-net method, which effectively mitigates narrowband, sweep, and pulse interference simultaneously in complex interference environments. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method exhibits significant effectiveness in suppressing narrowband, sweep, and pulse interference, with a maximum 3.5 dB·Hz CNR loss under the 58 dB ISR.
