Results of Experimental Studies of a Disk Working Body in a Soil Channel

The article presents the results of experimental studies of a rotary disk soil-cultivating working body in a soil channel which revealed the dependences of the draught resistance of the disk working body on the angle of attack, the angle of inclination of the axis of rotation to the horizon and the depth of soil cultivation. The optimal (providing minimum draught resistance) values of the angle of attack and the angle of inclination of the axis of rotation to the horizon were determined.
