Production of nano- and polycrystalline materials based on perovskite-like complex (Bi1‒ xCax)5FeTi3O15‒δ oxides
The in fl uence of synthesis conditions on the formation and character of sintering of nano- and polycrystalline ceramic materials based on solid solutions of the four-layer Aurivillius phase type (Bi1‒ x Ca x )5FeTi3O15‒ δ has been studied. It is shown that the beginning of grain sintering correlates with the beginning of melting of the surface phase. The in fl uence of the synthesis method on the crystallization temperature and the beginning of sintering, as well as on the TCLR of the obtained materials, is determined.
