Results: The results revealed correlations between job satisfaction and quality of life, as well as between financial resources and the level of social integration. The main barriers to integration have been identified, including economic difficulties, language barriers, and cultural adaptation. The research also showed that the level of integration of children in the educational system is influenced by the support provided by the community and schools. Conclusions: The paper highlights the need for tailored support policies to facilitate the social integration of Ukrainian refugees. The effective integration and improvement of the quality of life of this vulnerable group depend on a multidimensional approach, which includes economic, social, and psychological support. The research contributes to a better understanding of the challenges faced by refugee women and provides recommendations for improving integration processes.
