Modeling Possible Options for Strategies for Developing the Export Potential of the Russian Federation in The Energy Sector

The relevance of the presented study is determined by the fact that the high degree of volatility of geopolitical, economic and climatic economic conditions requires consideration of a fairly wide range of scenarios for the development of the global energy market, which in turn determine the vectors of development of export potential in the energy sector. The purpose of the presented work is to form a model that allows us to explore possible options for strategies for developing the export potential of the Russian Federation in the energy sector. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the formation of a three-dimensional model that provides the possibility of analyzing various options for strategies for developing the export potential of the Russian Federation in the energy resources sector, including: a range of parameters of the world energy market for various sources of primary energy; a set of parameters of the links in the value chain in the energy resource export system; a multitude of probable scenarios for the development of the world economy that determine the nature of the development of the energy resources market. The practical signifi cance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the results of modeling possible options for strategies for developing the export potential of the Russian Federation in the energy sector when forming economic and mathematical models for assessing the expected effectiveness of implementing strategy options.
