A Harmonização Curricular para os Cursos de Política e Estratégia das Forças Armadas
The article discusses the need for curriculum harmonization of the Politics and Strategy courses in the Brazilian Armed Forces, emphasizing the importance of integrated training for civilian and military professionals. It proposes a two-stage curriculum structure: a common stage where students from different courses share knowledge and conduct joint evaluations, and a specific stage focused on the particularities of each course. The integration of curricula aims to optimize resources, promote the exchange of experiences, and enrich students' training, preparing them for high-level positions in government and the Ministry of Defense. The study concludes that, despite challenges, curriculum harmonization is essential to strengthen Brazil's defense policies and strategies.
