Study on the Constraints of Output and Frequency Fluctuations of Offshore Wind Turbines
With the increasingly widespread application of offshore wind power in microgrids, its output fluctuations pose significant challenges to the frequency stability of microgrids. In order to effectively address this issue, this paper proposes a microgrid adjustable power planning model that considers the constraints of output and frequency fluctuations of offshore wind turbines. The main work of the article includes: constructing a typical scenario operation optimization model for microgrids with frequency stability constraints, which can comprehensively consider the output fluctuations of offshore wind turbines and the frequency stability requirements of microgrids. A unit optimization configuration model has been designed to achieve the optimal configuration of microgrid power sources, in order to improve the overall economy and reliability of the system. This paper uses an improved grey goose algorithm to solve the proposed model. By adjusting algorithm parameters and introducing new search mechanisms, the search efficiency and global optimization capability of the algorithm have been significantly improved. The improved Grey Goose algorithm was compared with other heuristic algorithms and analytical optimization algorithms, verifying the superiority of the proposed method in terms of solution accuracy and speed. The research results indicate that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively handle the impact of offshore wind turbine output fluctuations on the frequency stability of microgrids, providing a new optimization strategy for microgrid planning and operation.
