Research on Intelligent Control Method of Digital Control System in Emergency Diesel Generator Set of Nuclear Power Plant
According to the cold state and operation parameters of diesel generator set, the operation and excitation of the generator are controlled, and the fault protection is implemented. The monitoring system including the side speed control cabinet, the diesel generator condition monitoring platform and the generator volt-speed test platform are developed. In cooperation with the operator, the inspection of the nuclear emergency diesel generator set is completed, so that it can achieve automatic operation. The control and detected data are accurate, and the fail-safe measures are complete. According to the dynamic characteristics of fast loading and sudden loading, the incremental PID speed regulation model of nuclear emergency diesel engine was established to simulate the transient state of fast loading and sudden unloading, and the dynamic prediction of speed, fuel injection and rack position during loading was also made. The cascade regulation of high and low temperature water levels in diesel generator sets adopts self-disturbance rejection control technology, effectively solving the contradiction between traditional PID control speed and overshoot, and achieving dynamic compensation for internal and external disturbances of the controlled object. Additionally, given the multitude of parameters within ADRC, tuning them is challenging. Hence, a particle swarm method grounded in chaos optimization is employed to model optimal parameters. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm exhibits superior robustness and performance compared to the conventional cascade PID algorithm.
