Depth Image Inpainting Network Based on Multi-Scale Feature Extraction
In this study, a sophisticated image restoration network leveraging multi-scale feature analysis and Full-Dimensional Dynamic Convolution is introduced, further enhancing the restoration outcomes by incorporating a Generative Adversarial Network. The multi-scale feature analysis module employs convolutional kernels of varying sizes to capture a diverse set of hierarchical attributes from the image, effectively identifying both the global structure and intricate details. By dynamically modifying the convolutional kernel weights, the full-dimensional dynamic convolution allows the network to adaptively refine the restoration process according to the specific traits of different input images, thereby boosting the model's adaptability in challenging environments. The generator and discriminator within GAN are simultaneously fine-tuned during adversarial training, leading to generated restored images that are more lifelike and exhibit superior visual fidelity. By synergistically integrating the strengths of multi-scale feature analysis, full-dimensional dynamic convolution, and GAN, the proposed network demonstrates outstanding effectiveness in image restoration tasks, particularly in managing high-resolution and intricate structure images, delivering refined and coherent restoration results.
