Operation Planning Strategy of Microgrid Considering Source-Load Complementation
With the increasing number of the load-side users in microgrid, the dispatchable resources on the load-side gradually increase. To improve the economic operation of microgrid and develop the dispatching potential of demand response resources, a microgrid operation planning strategy considering source-load complementarity is proposed in the paper. Firstly, the source-side and load-side models of the microgrid are constructed. The source-side includes micro-gas turbine (MGT), photovoltaic units (PV), wind turbine (WT), battery storage system (BSS), gas boiler (GB) and heat storage tank (HST), which has operation and the power interaction constraints. The price-based demand response (PDR) and incentive-based demand response (IDR) is developed in the load-side. Meanwhile, based on source-load complementary, a day-ahead dispatching optimization strategy of microgrid is proposed, which considers the lowest operation cost as the objective function. Compared with the traditional methods, the paper takes a microgrid as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model, the operation cost of the microgrid is reduced by 9.82%, and the power supply pressure during peak hours is decreased. Meanwhile, the capacity of renewable energy consumption is enhanced.
