An Adaptive Frequency Correction Method for UHF RFID Tag Antenna
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional UHF label antenna design frequency correction method, and proposes a new automatic correction method by adjusting the label antenna to match the reader frequency. The optimal working frequency of the label antenna is collected in real time and compared with the designed working frequency of the system. The comparison value is driven by a PID hardware feedback circuit to drive the motor, which drives the adjustment arm to change the height of the antenna from the background plane, thereby changing the optimal operating frequency and achieving frequency matching. Using this method to design labels, the product development cycle is saved, the correction efficiency is improved, and the product yield is effectively improved.
