Revolutionizing Design and Execution for Residential Construction Through Virtual Reality

Today's construction industry's scenario is changing on a daily basis. Customers' and clients' needs for facilities and amenities are growing. Traditional documentation, such as two dimensional sketches and written specifications, are used to communicate architectural design details. This technique is extended and typo, and it reflects the achievable direction of the construction project. Information acquired from the construction industry, however, have demonstrated that creative Architectural plan methods utilizing latest Information and Communication Technology (ICT), tools like Virtual Reality (VR), may boost ability and cut construction times. Virtual Reality has been the only software utilized at times in the construction industry until now, generally to help clients visualize the product Architectural Design. The objective of this study was to see the use of virtual reality and thus 3D may be used in planning and architectural design. The key hypothesis during the study was that using virtual models rendered using VR technology, drives it simpler to recognize, assess, coordinate, and communicate the product Architectural Design, resulting in better decision- making and, as a result, a better final product. In the construction sector, both virtual reality and augmented reality play critical roles. VR has a large significance over real - world technologies.
