Image Enhancement Method Based on Conditional Generative Adversarial Network
With the widespread use of images in daily life and industrial applications, improving the quality and visual effects of images has become an important issue. Although existing image enhancement methods perform well in some aspects, there are still certain limitations when dealing with complex images. The method put forth in this study is a cGAN-based approach to image enhancement that makes use of the cooperation between the generator and discriminator to accomplish accurate enhancement of both global and local details in images. This paper's method has the following contributions: firstly, the proposed method adopts conditional generative adversarial networks, which can achieve high-quality enhancement of complex images while maintaining their details and color fidelity. The proposed method's loss function and training strategy have been optimized to enhance the model's stability and convergence speed. The proposed method is applicable to various tasks, including image super-resolution, image de-blurring, and image restoration, and has significant value and importance for future research. The evaluation results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed method and underscore its potential for real-world applications.
