Transient Disturbance Modeling of 10kV Power Distribution Cable Mutual Impedance
Accurate mutual impedance parameters are crucial for capturing transient disturbance signals using cable induction effects. This study measured the cable mutual impedance spectra within the transient disturbance frequency range of 0.1-20 kHz through real 10 kV power distribution cable experiments. Based on experimental data, a mutual impedance equivalent frequency-dependent model was obtained using vector fitting algorithm and circuit synthesis theory. Through transient induction voltage experiments, the modeling results were compared with commonly used transient simulation software PSCAD's built-in cable model and the steady-state inductance model. It was shown that the transient disturbance induction voltage calculated by the model in this paper can more accurately reflect its pulse and fluctuation details, making it more suitable for precise analysis of transient disturbances. This work confirms the necessity of specifically modeling cable mutual impedance for transient disturbance analysis, providing accurate parameter basis and new focal points for transient disturbance analysis.
