Multi-party Collaborative Participation in the New-Quality Industrial Park's High-Quality and Cost-Effective Electricity Strategy
In the pursuit of enhancing quality and efficiency, new-quality industrial users extensively employ Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Adjustable Speed Drivers (ASDs), and AC-Contactors (ACCs), which are sensitive to voltage sags in the production process. Voltage sags can lead to malfunctions, shutdowns, or abnormal operations of these sensitive devices, causing significant economic losses to users. New-quality industrial users are greatly troubled by voltage sags and have a strong demand for high-quality electricity. Currently, users often obtain high-quality electricity by configuring customized power equipment, but the high cost of purchasing such equipment increases production costs, leaving users in a dilemma. To address this issue, this paper proposes a high-quality and reasonably priced electricity strategy for new-quality industrial parks that takes into account the game relationship and reasonable cost-sharing among multiple parties. By introducing governments and third-party financial institutions to become cooperative entities sharing costs and benefits with users, the strategy aims to promote the development of high-quality electricity in new-quality industrial parks and achieve a quality-price balance.
