Voltage Regulation Strategy for Inverter Considering Data Quality
With the integration of inverter-based distributed generation in the distribution network, it is important to utilize inverters for voltage regulation to improve voltage quality. However, it is highly dependent on the communication system and in practice it is difficult to avoid data quality issues. A voltage regulation strategy for the inverter considering data quality is proposed to ensure the effectiveness of regulation. Firstly, an estimation method of acquired data is proposed based on distribution station area (DSA) similarity to filter similar DSA clusters by cosine similarity algorithm, and estimate the acquired data to centrally coordinate multiple inverters. Secondly, a voltage regulation decision-making set construction method is proposed based on association data mining, which can achieve the evaluation of voltage regulation instructions. Finally, a voltage regulation strategy for the inverter considering data quality is proposed for the distribution network control center and DSA. The simulation results have verified the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed strategy, which can effectively support the operation of the inverter and guarantee the voltage quality of distribution network in the event of data quality issues.
