Dynamic Retail Pricing Model For Electricity Retailers Considering Power Quality Demand
Dynamic pricing is conducive to the regulation of flexible resources in the distribution network, but the traditional dynamic pricing model does not take into account the power quality demand of power users. Connecting power quality with the dynamic pricing model can economically drive market participants to place a high priority on power quality. This study constructs a dynamic retail pricing model for power electricity retailers that considers the power quality demand. It is based on the power quality level of consumers and the demand response mechanism. The deep reinforcement learning algorithm is used to solve the model. The experiment shows that the model can effectively regulate the peak-valley difference of load demand in the face of electricity customers with different power quality levels. Moreover, the model provides theoretical and practical basis for the power purchasing company to formulate dynamic real-time retail tariffs and power quality service fees.
