Reforma a la ley societaria argentina a partir del decreto de necesidad y urgencia 70/2023
The national government has proposed a comprehensive reform of Argentine corporate legislation, for which it has appointed a commission of twelve experts on the subject to present a draft corporate law. Meanwhile, it has issued legal regulations aimed at updating certain articles in accordance with three objectives: a) Encourage sports entities, today - in their entirety - civil associations, to be able to opt for the form of public limited company; b) facilitate the privatization of companies in which the national state has participation, adapting to this the corporate law and; c) update the minimum capital necessary to establish a corporation, and the capital from which corporations become subject to permanent state supervision. We analyze the modifications from the perspective of the traditional vision of Argentine corporate law.
