Full‐Color Electroluminescence from ZnO Nanoparticles‐Based Homojunction Diodes
This cover image, referring to article number 2400149 by Raj Deep and co-workers, illustrates the schematic diagram of LED technology employing nanoparticles. When ZnO-based nanoparticles are combined with phosphors, they produce visible light in the colors of red, green, and blue. By combining these colors, a light is produced that closely imitates the color rendering characteristics of sunlight. When sunlight, including ultraviolet radiation, interacts with phosphors, it produces a wide variety of colors, similar to a rainbow.
