A Participação do Estágio Supervisionado no Desenvolvimento de Competências e Habilidades no Curso de Administração da Academia da Força Aérea

The activities in supervised mainly aim to promote students direct contact with the processes developed by different sections of an organization. This work refers to activities undertaken supervised training in the Air Force Academy (AFA), a higher education institution, responsible for training of pilot officers, intendancy and infantry, under the Command of the Air Force. In this institution, the student body consists of cadets whose training includes military training and also the course of Business Administration with emphasis in Public Administration. As an activity inherent in the course of administration, supervised program allows the identification, so experiential, and the content taught in the classroom are applied in day-to-day operations of the AFA. At the end of the stage was applied to the cadets participating in a questionnaire to assess the positive and negative factors of teaching and learning developed in each Stage Station (EE). This article tries to show that Supervised the course of Directors of the Air Force Academy contributes to the training of future officers of the FAB.
