Some considerations on the features of administrative law

In this study, the opinions regarding the features of Administrative Law presented in the specialized literature are examined. It is found that there is no unique view on this subject, the number and content of the features being different from one author to another. Some of the peculiarities of Administrative Law are subject to criticism, having an outdated character (for example: the impossibility of codifying this branch of Law). Identifying these features allows us to better understand the place and the importance of Administrative Law in the unitary legal system.
