Quality Control of Information-Measuring Systems Based on Synchrotron Radiation
Task (goal of the work) Development and improvement of high-precision methods and means of metrological support for quality control of information-measuring systems when solving applied measuring tasks in priority directions of science and technology. Solution method: The method of estimation of accuracy and reliability of results of quality control of information-measuring systems is based on the use of reference sources of synchrotron radiation for plasma diagnostics, analysis of solar activity, location of remote objects, control of bactericidal effect of UV radiation, for determination of threshold values of brightness contrast and for investigation of multilayer structures of micro- and nanoelectro nics. Results: The results and implementation prospects of synchrotron radiation radiometry methods for improving the quality of spectroradiometers, radiometers and photometers in the partnership cooperation of RTU MIRE A with Kurchatov Institute and VNIIOFI are considered. Developed are the requirements for high-precision measuring instruments and standard samples adapted to polar scientific research during the realization of the project on the development and conservation of unique ecological systems of the Arctic. The principles are proposed of building digital models of high-precision measuring instruments for solving quality control problems in planning and optimization of production resources, taking into account modern approaches to quality management, standardization and production organization.
