Main Stages of Designing the Digital University of the Sixth Technological Order

The transformation of universities into a digital format, which is taking place all over the world, is a powerful factor in the formation of a digital society and thereby increasing the efficiency of the digital economy as a whole. To successfully complete the stages of transformation, it is necessary to correctly design a digital university, taking into account the correctly placed emphasis received from the management and educational departments. The creation of a digital university, based only on individual elements of the use of digital products and services, is not capable of ensuring the efficiency of the process, and cannot be called digital transformation. The importance of the design stage is obvious and allows us to take into account the needs of stakeholders and ensure the future competitiveness of the university. The purpose of the development proposed in the article of design stages is the formation of a consistent action plan, taking into account complexity, various directions and the need to form a holistic project, taking into account the interests of educational and administrative departments. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve a number of problems aimed not only at the selection of digital services, but also at the ability to use them effectively, taking into account the needs of the main stakeholders, ultimately aimed at achieving the key goals of the university.
