Model of Student and Teacher SMART University of the Sixth Technological Order

The importance of digital competencies for successful development in modern society is not in doubt. The student and teacher are an integral part of the university's digital environment and the presence (absence) of the necessary competencies determines its success, relevance and adaptability to all digital processes. Digital competencies should develop along with critical thinking, the ability to self-learn, and creativity. The presented student and teacher model is an attempt to systematize existing data about students and teachers of a digital university of the sixth technological order.
