Digital Transformation: When Business Processes Become a Neural Network
The article considers analogies between business processes, process architecture and neural networks concepts. The author draws parallels between business processes and neurons, as well as between process architecture and neural networks. It is shown that these analogies allow the application of methods and approaches developed in the field of artificial intelligence to the modelling, analysis and optimisation of business systems. In addition, the relationship between Six Sigma methodology and the tuning and training of artificial neurons is discussed.
