Remote Traceability of Local Time Scale to UTC(NIM) Based on GNSS Time and Frequency Transfer
Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, a remote reproduction system of time scale is developed with digital strategy in traceability and calibration. Due to the combination of the digital online calibration service platform of UTC(NIM), remote traceability of local time scale has been successfully achieved based on GNSS time and frequency transfer. The calibration result of local time scale can be obtained by uploading local CGGTTS file of GNSS receiver to the service platform. Hence, it is controlled to keep the traceability to UTC(NIM) according the real-time calibration result. The experiment results show the time difference between local time scale and UTC(NIM) is less than ±10 ns for 33 days.
