Our result shows that ERP in the education sector must considers the perspectives of all processes. This approach has identified important aspects that affect the success of ERP system processes, such as stakeholder engagement. This study using Data Discovery Mode process has resulted of 466 transitions and 95 tokens, and Performance Mode is 8 process tokens, Fitness Mode with an average of 48.1% and Precision Mode with a value of 56.6% can guide higher education institutions in the implementation of their ERP systems, leading to more efficient and effective systems.
