The Road to Digitalization : Exploring the Impact of Using Digital Payments and Marketing on Business Sustainbility in MSMEs

This study investigates how perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk influence the intention to adopt digital payment and marketing systems among MSMEs in Jakarta. Using an associative research design with a quantitative approach, the research leverages SmartPLS 4.0 (Partial Least Squares) for data analysis. The research targets users of digital payment and marketing systems within MSMEs in Jakarta, with a sample of 239 participants selected through purposive sampling and bootstrapping hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that while perceived usefulness and ease of use do not significantly effect user intention, perceived risk a significant effect in determining the intention to use these digital systems. Consequently, addressing perceived risk is essential for enhancing the acceptance and use of digital technology among these users.
