Theses in Health Physics Fields in the School Year 2022 and 2023
In order to further understand the dose assessment due to inhalation and ingestion intake of radon in Japan, this study was conducted to dose assessments based on measurements of radon concentrations and equilibrium factors in a tourist cave and long-term measurements of radon concentrations in underground water used for drinking.It was found for the rst time that the measured values of the equilibrium factor in the tourist cave differ signi cantly between seasons.The results therefore indicate that it is
