Revisional Surgery Due to Weight Regain or Insufficient Weight Loss Following One Anastomosis Gastric Bypass

WR/IWL after OAGB can be encountered during follow-up. In this case series, several options of revisions were evaluated, and BPL elongation or conversion to SADI-S correlated with better weight loss outcomes.
