A Study on an Integrated Health Management System Based on Wearable Devices and Biometric Analysis for the Validation of Ocean Healing Programs

This paper explores the development of digital healthcare and the utilization of wearable devices. With improvements in genetics, lifestyle changes, and better access to medical care, overall health has significantly improved, leading to increased life expectancy. Consequently, there is a growing interest in not just living longer but living healthier lives. In this context, wearable devices play a crucial role in personal health management, as they can collect various physiological data, which can be analyzed and used for health monitoring and treatment systems. This paper presents a method for systematically performing exercise and managing personal health autonomously through a wearable device-linked bio- metric analysis system. Additionally, this paper proposes ways to utilize wearable devices based on re- search conducted in conjunction with the healing programs of a marine healing center, and it discusses future research directions.
