A Sustainable Supply Chain Practices for International Manufacturing Industries Within the Greater Bay Area China: Basis for Enhancement Program

This research investigates the SSCP in international manufacturing industries within China's Greater Bay Area (GBA), aiming to develop an enhancement program. The study identifies key green strategies, such as circular economy initiatives, renewable energy adoption, eco-friendly logistics, green manufacturing practices, and stakeholder collaboration. It addresses the challenges of environmental disruptions, inconsistent regulations, and technological shifts that international firms face in achieving sustainability. Using a quantitative approach with data mining, the research analyzes the implementation of sustainable practices across inbound logistics, operations, outbound logistics, and support services. The proposed enhancement program offers strategic recommendations to optimize the SSCP, improve resource efficiency, and foster long-term viability for international industries in the GBA.
