EVOLUTION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL RESILIENCE: A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS
Today more than ever, entrepreneurial survival depends on the ability to overcome new and critical situations and to recover from unforeseeable events. Hence, entrepreneurial resilience is becoming increasingly important. The aim of this study is to outline the field of research by examining the main characteristics of publications on entrepreneurial resilience. Therefore, a bibliometric analysis based on the Web of Science Core Collection database was conducted to examine studies on this concept from the last ten years (2014)(2015)(2016)(2017)(2018)(2019)(2020)(2021)(2022)(2023). The analysis was performed on a total of 651 extracted articles using VOSviewer and R. The results show an exponential increase in studies with emphasis on the keywords covid-19, crisis, orientation, SMEs and innovation, i.e. the results suggest that further research should focus on analysing the importance and role of the entrepreneurial ecosystem as well as entrepreneurial intention, orientation and self-efficacy and the characteristics of entrepreneurial failure.
