Clinical and radiographical evaluation of the effects of two different flap designs in third molar surgery: A single blind randomized clinical trial
• Postoperative complications and quality of life parameters are independent of the use of modified triangular flap and Berwick flap in third molar surgery. • Possible postoperative complication parameters may depend on the technical sensitivity of the surgeon. • Higher bone trabeculae seen in the modified flap group may suggest the recommendability of the Berwick flap after more comprehensive clinical studies.
