Deciphering the dynamic solid–liquid interphase for energetic high-mass-loading energy storage

A dynamic PEI layer was tailored over MnO 2 by refining the cation environment and reconstruction. The unique host-guest coupling restrains Mn species loss and unlocks an energetic “multi-processing” energy storage mechanism.
