The present work aims to analyze democratic school management and its influence on student teaching-learning towards freedom, taking into account several factors that lead to justifying this theme. The methodology used in this was to carry out a bibliographical review which was based on authors such as: Stoner (1999), Libâneo (2007) and Freire (1996) (2003).
