Prevalence Study of Anisometropia and Isometropia at Cheaa Optical Eyewear Clinic Magelang in 2020 - 2024

This study aims to determine the prevalence of eye conditions in clients who come to the Cheaa Optical Glasses Clinic, Magelang City, namely among clients who have isometropia and anisometropia eye conditions. This study uses a qualitative approach with univariate analysis and is presented in the form of frequency distribution. This research took data from clients who came to opticians from 2020 to 2024. The data obtained was then divided into four conditions, namely isometropia, anisometropia, isometropia accompanied by presbyopia, and anisometropia accompanied by presbyopia. The results of the analysis were that there were more clients with isometropia eye conditions than clients who had anisometropia eye conditions. the number of patients who had isometropia eye conditions was 4,785 people (58.94%), and the number of patients who had anisometropia eye conditions was 3,334 people (41.06%). Therefore, early detection can help prevent long-term vision issues and enhance treatment outcomes.
