Ultrathin oxygen deficient SnO<i>x</i> films as electron extraction layers for perovskite solar modules
A plasma-modified ALD (PMALD) approach has been developed for depositing SnO x thin-films with a tunable composition as electron extraction layers in perovskite solar modules using poly(triarylamine) (PTAA) as the hole transport layer.
