Investigation of structural and rheological parameters of ceramic masses based on non-ferrous metallurgy waste using regression analysis

The present work shows a significant effect of the amount of thinning agent ― alkali etching sludge calcined at 800 oC on the structural and rheological properties of ceramic masses for the production of various plastic molding products. Studies have shown that by changing the rheological parameters by selecting compositions with different content of thinning agent and clay material, it is possible to regulate the rheological properties of dispersed structures, thereby reducing the destruction processes occurring during the molding and drying of ceramic products. It was revealed that the criterion B·10 -3 for assessing the quality of ceramic masses is most optimal when the content of alkali etching sludge calcined at 800 oC is 20 %. Ill. 9. Ref. 27. Tab. 5.

Abstract

Ill. 9. Ref. 27. Tab. 5.
