Morphology and molecular phylogeny reveal two new records of boletoid mushrooms (Boletaceae) from India
During the periodic macrofungal surveys in the forested areas of East Khasi Hills (Meghalaya), a number of Boletaceae members were collected. Among them, Retiboletus fuscus and Tylopilus atroviolaceobrunneus were found to be new records for Indian mycobiota. Detailed macro- and micro-morphological characters, illustrations and nrLSU-based phylogenetic estimations are presented in this article.
