Efficient operation of the stand-alone solar photovoltaic power system

Due to the instability in the amount of solar radiation and the need for battery units to steady the required energy to supply the load the cost of the photovoltaic system construction and operation has increased by at least 60%, an optimal operation for sizing the photovoltaic system has been presented to reduce the number of battery units and utilize the solar cell panels to the maximum. The characteristic behavior of the PV system has been studied and the load curve has been presented. Based on the results we achieved our purpose. A suitable program has been offered and the construction of the PV system and the cost in detail. The proposed method proved its reliability and cost savings. Comprising multiple power electronic circuits and trigger circuits designed based on the microcontroller technique, the proposed system includes three power transistors of MOSFET types, each activated by the trigger circuit. The stand-alone PVPS encompasses: A) an appropriate array of solar cells to cater to the load, B) organized batteries to supply specific loads, C) a charge-discharge regulator to safeguard the batteries against overcharge and undercharge scenarios, and D) a maximum power point tracker (MPPT) deployed to optimize the system to operate at its maximum power point. These components represent the conventional photovoltaic power system. Abstract

Additionally, a newly devised method known as the Optimum Operator System has been introduced alongside the traditional system., characterized by a precise design that has been introduced and validated.
