Granulomatosis with polyangiitis involving both ischemic and hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease: A case report and literature review
Our case highlights the involvement of CNS manifestations in GPA, and suggests potential role of rituximab in treatment of GPA patients with CNS involvement.
