Functionalities of the LiV 3− <i>x</i> Nb <i>x</i> O 8 surface layer on a Li 2 NiO 2 cathode additive for enhancing the moisture stability and cycling performance of lithium-ion batteries
The highly conductive LiV 3− x Nb x O 8 surface layer effectively minimizes moisture-induced side reactions on the Li 2 NiO 2 cathode additive, reducing interfacial resistance and enhancing its durability.
