Research on the high-risk slope deformations of hydropower station base on GNSS measurements
Slope monitoring is the basis of slope management and an important means of ensuring slope safety. Deformation monitoring of slopes around hydropower station sites not only provides effective means for the safe and stable operation of hydropower stations, but also reduces the risk to the lives of local residents. In this paper, for the actual needs of slope monitoring in a hydropower station in Zhejiang Province, the deformation monitoring of the slope is implemented based on GNSS, achieving fully automatic monitoring and reducing the safety risks of manual inspection and monitoring. The slope health monitoring system is used to continuously, real-time, and online evaluate the stability and safety of the slope. Combined with the data monitored by the on-site equipment, the applicability of GNSS monitoring technology in the monitoring of complex slopes is analyzed, providing a reference for the monitoring of the same type of slopes.
