Managing the Involvement of Teaching Staff in an Educational Organization
The authors of the article analyze the results of the survey of pedagogical workers of the Stavropol Territory on the factors of involvement and motivation, affecting the effectiveness of professional activities. Based on the analysis of the results of the study, effective tools of motivation and stimulation are described, Facilitating increased involvement.
