Efficient narrow-band green phosphors for mini-LED displays using dual strategies of high concentration quenching and energy transfer
Narrow-band green phosphor have been realized by high doping concentration and energy transfer in GMAO. The luminous color has achieved a wide range of adjustability. GMAO:Eu 2+ ,Mn 2+ is valuable for applications in Mini-LED displays.
