Effect of Air Gap between Microstrip Line and Magnetic Sheet on Transmission Attenuation
In this study, we investigated the influence of an air gap between a microstrip line and a magnetic sheet on the reduction of electromagnetic noise that may arise when measuring the transmission attenuation characteristics of a sheet using the IEC 62333-2 standard method. First, the effect of the air gap on the transmission attenuation was examined through theoretical analysis, and these characteristics were verified through numerical simulations and experimental measurements.
