The questionnaire was used to collect data through personal interviews from a regular random sample of 119 respondents from the village of Kafr Hijazi in the center of Mahalla, Gharbia Governorate. A number of statistical methods were used, such as frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, multiple correlation coefficient, partial regression coefficient, and the stepwise multiple regression analysis model, in analyzing the research data,The results indicate that 57.98% of the respondents had a medium or high level of adoption of the recommendations related to cooking food, while 42.02% of the respondents had high level of adoption of the recommendations studied. The results also showed that the independent variables studied together explain 23.4% of the variance in the degree of respondents’ adoption of recommendations related to cooking food, based on the value of the coefficient of determination (R2), which amounted to 0.234, and that the most influential independent variables on the degree of respondents’ adoption of recommendations related to cooking food is the educational status of the respondent. It contributes to explaining 13.1% of the variance, and the variable number of children contributes to explaining 3.6% of the variance in the dependent variable.
