PRINCIPLES, FEATURES, APPROACHES USED FOR POST-COVID SYNDROME NUTRITION ORGANIZATION
The results of analytical studies related to the characteristics of the physiological status of the population in conditions of post-COVID syndrome are presented. Recommendations have been developed on the nutrient composition of raw materials and diets, taking into account physiological changes in the human body during post-Covid syndrome.
