Hubungan Pemberian Komunikasi, Informasi, Edukasi (KIE) Kontrasepsi dengan Kepuasan Akseptor KB Pil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas 1 Sukawati Gianyar

ABSTRACT Family planning is a program designed to prevent unexpected births. The family planning program is one of the government's efforts to suppress excessively high population growth by using family planning, such as the birth control pill. Birth control pills are a method of contraception for women in the form of pills or tablets. The pill contains a combination of the estrogen hormones and progesterone or which only contains the progesterone hormone. To determine the correlation between the provision of contraceptive educational information communication and satisfaction of pill acceptors in the working area of public health center of Gianyar I. This study employed quantitative design with cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study recruited by using Accidental Sampling technique. The statistical showed that p-value of 0.001 <0.05. The data were analysed by using Fisher exact test. There is a correlation between the provision of contraceptive educational information communication and satisfaction of pill acceptors in the working area of public health center of Gianyar I Keywords: IEC, Birth control pills, Satisfaction, Contraception ABSTRAK Keluarga berencana merupakan suatu program yang dibuat untuk menghindari kelahiran yang tidak diinginkan, program keluarga berencana menjadi salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk menekan pertambahan pertumbuhan penduduk yang terlalu tinggi yaitu dengan menggunakan KB salah satunya KB pil. KB pil merupakan suatu cara kontrasepsi untuk wanita yang berbentuk pil atau tablet didalam strip yang berisi gabungan hormon estrogen dan progesteron atau yang hanya berisi dari hormon progesteron saja. Untuk mengetahui hubungan Pemberian Komunikasi, Informasi, Edukasi (KIE) kontrasepsi dengan kepuasan akseptor KB pil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 1 Sukawati Gianyar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Fisher exact test diperoleh p-value 0,001 < 0,05. Pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan antara pemberian komunikasi informasi edukasi (KIE) kontrasepsi dengan kepuasan akseptor KB pil di wilayah kerja puskesmas I Sukawati Gianyar.
